Behavioral Targeting aus Sicht von BBDO-Chef Robertson

Bereits letzte Woche startete Thomas Knüwer eine Anfrage via Twitter, da er in Kürze den Worldwide CEO von BBDO Andrew Robertson interviewen würde (sein Blogeintrag zu der Anfrage).

Dabei antwortete Hr. Robertson auf meine an Thomas übermittelte Frage zu seiner Einschätzung über Behavioral Targeting wie folgt:

“ I make huge believe that, huge believe that in the importance of behavior as a source of insight, a mechanism for giving access… One of the things that happened over the last 20 years is it became faster and cheaper and easier to ask people what they thought and felt, than it is to look what they are doing and as a result there is a big sort of shift in the way in which research is done in the areas that people look at for insight“
